1-hour class covers drills, stretches,
balance-building technique
 

What to Expect

Step into the fierce and graceful new sword choreography

“Lullaby of Obliteration” set to the hauntingly beautiful

song “Krigsgaldr” by Heilung.  

 

Class Highlights

The class combines martial-inspired movements,

temple statue poses, floor work, and level changes. Alternative choreography is available for those

opting out of floor work. 

 

What You Will Learn

~ Single and double sword combinations

~ Level changes and floor work techniques

~ Temple-inspired poses and fluid transitions

~ Choreography blending strength and elegance 

 
8 week course schedule:
Every Tuesday
Jan 7 ~ Feb 25, 2025
$180 full course, or $25/drop-in class
 
All classes are recorded
You will receive a link to class recordings
and they will be available for two weeks
after the live class concludes each week
