Yoga for Belly Dancers





Yoga is the best friend of muscular bellydance because it enables a dancer to achieve the greatest amount of reach, curve, and muscle integration in order to create serpentine movement and jaw-dropping articulation.



YOGA FOR BELLY DANCERS is designed to use the asanas and breathing techniques of a yogi to achieve the strength and physique needed to express bellydance’s most intricate moves.

The specific asanas Moria incorporate are a sun-salutation variation meant to warm the body from the inside out as well as a number of psoas and hip openers to deepen and allow for pain-free backbends.




Chest and torso lengtheners will help release the lower back and allow for a stronger fusion posture and torso articulation.

All levels are welcome.

A yoga mat is recommended.
