The class offers Moria's signature muscular belly dance
methods in conjunction with balancing props to
strengthen posture, build isolated articulation,
coordinate balance, and deepen focus

~Stretches and exercises for deep tissue massage
~Improve flexibility, posture, and muscular rehabilitation

~Break up scar tissue and build strength in overlooked areas

~Warm-up and yoga to open
~Bellydance Drills, patterns, and shapes to build
~Each week focuses on a different muscle group
for optimal repair and honing
